I'm Mamdouh Sarhan, a HCPC-registered and chartered physiotherapist with NHS and private practice experience across the UK. I hold a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and have treated hundreds of patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
I founded Direct Physio Care because I believe everyone deserves fast, expert, personal physiotherapy — without the waiting list. The NHS does incredible work, but the reality is that many patients wait months for treatment that could begin within days.
Whether I'm treating you in your living room in Aylesbury, at a private treatment room, or via video call, my approach is always the same: listen carefully, find the root cause, build a clear plan, and get you moving again as quickly as possible.
